Checking Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Cottage Rates:
West Wing Cottage: $100 per night
Ruth’s Garden Cottage: $100.00 per night.
Ada’s Cottage: $120.00 per night
Hop Sing’s Cottage: $145.00 per night
There is a $15.00 charge for each additional
person beyond two.
Deposit:
A deposit equal to one nights stay will be
necessary to reserve a cottage 10 days in
advance of your stay unless other
arrangements are made. A deposit will be
required for wedding parties, family reunions,
and other groups renting all the cottages as well.
Cancellations:
Please, we would appreciate at least six days notice
in order for you to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Smoking:
As a courtesy to all of our guests we ask that you
please smoke outside.
Pets:
Because so many people have allergies we do not
allow pets (except service animals).
There are good local kennels available.
Business & Government:
Please inquire about business and extended stay rates.
