Cottage Rates
Rana’s Garden Cottage: $169.00 per night
West Wind Cottage: $169.00 per night
Sequoia Cottage: $189.00 per night
Haiku Garden Cottage: $209.00 per night
The above rates are for double occupancy only. There is a $20.00 charge per person per night for additional guests.

Deposit
Payment is due in full when you make a reservation. However, we do not generally collect deposits on single unit advance bookings; that payment is collected when you arrive. An advance deposit is required for all wedding parties, family reunions, and other groups renting multiple units. These multi-unit bookings may be canceled or modified within a 72-hour discussion period; after that time we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation.

Long Term Rentals

For long term rentals (10 days or more) a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Because we are a small business, it is necessary to have this policy. 

Cancellations

We are a family business with a limited number of cottages. To serve you well and maintain our standards we require a 10-day cancellation notice for all bookings, otherwise we reserve the right to charge in full for your booking. If there is a blizzard and the highway is not safe to drive we will waive this charge. We will also refund any part of your deposit that we are able to recover by renting the cottage or cottages you booked. 
 

There is a $20 service fee for changing an existing reservation. Any fees incurred for refunds will be the responsibility of the guest or reserving party. We require a 20-day cancellation notice for bookings during public holidays, festivals such as the Plumas-Sierra County Fair, Joshua Fest and Grinduro, and certain other one-time special public events. For bookings at the time of the High Sierra Music Festival we require a 30-day cancellation notice.
 

All cancellations, including phone cancellations, must be confirmed by an email from you so that we know it is you who is canceling. Sometimes we may need to cancel a reservation because of special circumstances at the inn;  we will notify you promptly if this happens. 

Smoking
As a courtesy to all of our guests we ask that you please smoke outside.

Pets
Because so many people have allergies we do not allow pets (except service animals). There are good local kennels available. No pets permitted in the cottage. Pets found at Ada’s will result in a charge of $300. This includes pets left in the car overnight which Ada’s cannot support.
